In honor of Carl Orff's Carmina Burana - Classics Explained presents the Goliard University T-shirts so you can join the class of 1100.

Goliard comes from the Old French for “big-mouths” They were a roving bunch of lapsed monks, bohemian theologians, street poets and university drop-outs. And they wrote satirical poems to poke fun at the Catholic Church – to spread their OWN gospel of gambling, binge-drinking, womanizing and pleasure-seeking.

Not very godly at all!
